“Why setting goals is one of the most important steps to achieving to achieving your Fat Loss success”

I want to tell you a fact why most women will never achieve their dreams of getting the body they want. They never set any goals.
Setting a goal and having a definite plan in mind is one of the most critical steps that will set you apart from most of the other women who want to lose weight. Because most people never set goals, they never set aside the time to create the habits that are required to get their bodies in shape and it will be a few years when they finally wake up and realize that they are fat and lazy. The great thing about setting goals is that you can give yourself a massive advantage to having a good body and creating the success in life that you want.

What setting a goal looks like?

It took me a long time to figure out exactly what to do in order to set goals to create the success I wanted in life.
I started out by doing a lot of research and reading a lot of books and going to a lot of seminars and consistent message of all the experts where:
  • Goals are what take us forward in life;they are like oxygen to our dreams.

The interesting realization I had is that just the fact you set a goal, and better still have it written down with a set date for accomplishment gives you something to plan and work for. A well written goal is an external representation of your inner desires and is a constant reminder of what you need to accomplish.
So what is a goal?
A simple definition would be “A desired result a person envisions plans and commits to achieve a personal desired end-point in some sort of assumed development. Many people endeavour to reach goals within a finite time by setting deadlines.” – Wikipedia
Put it simply would be any planning you do for the future to attain a desired result would be a goal.  Once you set a goal, you unconsciously direct your mind to achieve what you want. After years of research I have come to realize that our minds are very powerful in many ways. The really are….. the ability it has to calculate things and figure things out is amazing. So when we focus our mind on our goals in a lot of cases we make those things happen because unconsciously our brain just moves towards that thing.

So how do you create your goals?

So the best way to start creating your goals is to first write down the result that you want to achieve by describing it to the finest detail possible.
So go to your journal and take out a blank page and what I’d like you to do is write down everything you would like to have as the end result to lose weight. I know right….. this could be difficult….. but I really want you to do it. I want you to write straight until you get the exact image of what you want to be to specific details. I want you to describe exactly how you would look, what clothes you would be wearing, how much you would weigh when you look down that weighing scale, the feeling that you will feel. The important thing is to write the sentences in the positive. For example: “ I would weigh exactly _____ pounds” and not “I will lose 20 pounds”.
With this exercise what you’re doing is getting your mind to focus to get those things that you want to achieve and you will unconsciously move more towards that. And to make it a lot more effective you should read this goal that you have written every day.
It may be a small thing to do, but it could change the way you think. It did for me
